Home Information Pack

All residential properties coming to the market now require a Home Information Pack (HIP) and from October 2008 all rental properties will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

Warwickshire Hips are part of an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Home Inspectors set up to provide Home Information Pack solutions throughout the County.

Our trained Home Inspectors are able to provide the compulsory Energy Performance Certificates for properties being either sold or let and, for sales only, the optional Home Condition Report.
